Want To Provide Feedback?

Something to say

We hope that everyone who uses our services has a positive experience, but we know that there’s always room to make improvements.

Our philosophy is to put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do and we’re committed to listening and learning from your experiences so we can continuously improve our services.

Please use our Service Feedback Survey form to provide us with feedback on your experience of using our services, please click here for the survey form.

Compliments / Comments

If you’ve had a good experience, or there’s something you really like about the support you’ve received from us we’d love to hear about it.

If you have ideas about changes we could make to improve our services then let us know. You can either pass your suggestions or comments on to a team member or put them in writing, using our easy form to the right.

If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll try to resolve the issue on an informal basis in the first instance, as we’ve found that most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

However, if you’re not satisfied with the response, then you have the right to make a formal complaint which is dealt with at a more senior level.

Sometimes we have concerns about others and it’s important that we are able to raise those concerns – particularly if it involves vulnerable people or children.

We are keen to hear about any worries or concerns you have about any of our staff or service users and urge people to get in touch, whatever the reason.
